Skin, coat & omega-3
Which specifications matter for omega-3 and fish oil pet supplements?

Do not compare oils by ingredient weight alone. Define source, EPA and DHA content, oxidation limits, antioxidant system, contaminant controls, sensory acceptance and storage conditions. Confirm whether the declared amount is per ingredient, per serving or a guaranteed fatty-acid contribution. Packaging should limit oxygen, light and heat exposure, and shelf-life evidence should cover the final formula and pack. Skin-and-coat language must remain appropriately substantiated and compliant for the destination market.
