Create an entity-and-site map covering the finished-product manufacturer, active-substance site, packager, testing laboratory, batch-release site, importer, wholesaler and authorisation holder. Then verify the licences or registrations required for each role in the destination market and confirm product scope, address and validity. A group-company certificate should not be assumed to cover every affiliate or building. Gaps should be resolved before the supply chain is written into a registration dossier or contract.
