Request the enzyme identity, production organism, activity unit, minimum activity through shelf life, analytical method, carrier, dust information and authorised target species and dose. Review activity recovery after pelleting or other thermal processing under relevant conditions. Different products using the same enzyme name may use different activity definitions, so units must not be compared without the method. Claims should match the authorised function and evidence for the actual product and use conditions.
